2001: Where It All Began – Miami’s New Development Market

My career launched in 2001 amid Miami’s explosive growth in luxury new development. I dove headfirst into the fast-paced world of high-end condos, learning the fundamentals of market analysis, pre-construction sales, and developer representation. Miami’s skyline was transforming—and so was I.

2006: A Market Shift, A Life Shift – Moving to New York City

When the subprime mortgage crisis disrupted the market in 2006, an unexpected opportunity took me to New York City. I thought I’d be here for two years—it’s now been 19. The energy, complexity, and sophistication of Manhattan real estate immediately captured me, and I never looked back.

2006–2018: Earning My Stripes in NYC

I sharpened my skills at powerhouse firms like Corcoran Sunshine and Douglas Elliman, navigating both new development and the ultra-competitive resale market. From boutique co-ops to downtown penthouses, I developed a deep knowledge of Manhattan’s luxury housing landscape. These were the years that solidified my reputation as a trusted, strategic advisor in high-stakes transactions.

2015: Selling an Icon – Zaha Hadid on the High Line

One of the career-defining highlights came when I joined Related Companies to lead sales on the iconic 520 West 28th by Zaha Hadid, a striking architectural marvel on the High Line. Representing a masterpiece like this was more than selling real estate—it was representing a legacy.

2018: Finding My Home at Compass

After just two meetings with Compass founder Robert Reffkin, I knew I’d found a brokerage that aligned with my values: innovation, service, and client-first thinking. Joining Compass was a pivotal moment in my journey, and it continues to be the platform where I deliver exceptional results in New York’s luxury market.

2023: Building a Team That Reflects My Vision

In a post-COVID world, real estate changed—and so did I. I launched my own team with a focus on relationships over transactions, offering white-glove service, personalized strategy, and market expertise tailored to each client’s unique goals. 2023: Sports, Strategy, and the S&E Group
