I grew up in Ohio.

My parents gave me something better than everything. They gave me the belief that I could become anything.

I was a competitive springboard diver growing up.

The sport required precision. Technical, repeatable, unforgiving. Every new dive had to be learned from scratch. You had to try something that scared you, execute it with exactness. When you fell, and you always fell at first, you climbed back up and went again. Same dive. Better execution. Every day.

Looking back, every dive was teaching me how to work. I recognized it much later, when I found myself doing the same thing in a cockpit, then in a new market, then in a city that tests everyone who arrives in it.

Getting my pilot's license was the same lesson at altitude. New skill. Real consequences. Precision required. You do not get to approximate it.

That pattern followed me into everything that came next: find the hard thing, learn it properly, do not flinch.

My career started in Miami. Luxury real estate, new development, high-stakes transactions. I found my footing there fast. But Miami was preparation, not destination.

In 2006, I moved to New York.

Moving here was a calculated risk. The subprime collapse was already hitting Miami. New York was still standing. Manhattan has a way of rewarding those who show up before everyone else does.

Six months in, overwhelmed, I called my dad ready to go back to Miami. He paused. Then he said:

"You know what they say. If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere."

From that moment, I never looked back.

New York did not break me. It shaped me.

Over the next two decades, I built a career representing some of the most influential people in the world. Athletes, CEOs, and industry leaders. Their needs require a level of precision and discretion that most advisors are not built for.

I have navigated transactions that required more than market expertise. They required judgment, discretion, and a steady hand when the stakes were real.
